Data collected

Through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), the nature of your request and the content of your message.

No sensitive data is requested. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, qualify your need and, where relevant, arrange an introduction — on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

To follow up on the relationship and comply with our legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest and accounting duties.

Recipients

The members of the SHARK team handling your request.

Our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, database), acting on instruction and bound by confidentiality commitments.

Where relevant, and only with your agreement, the expert or partner to whom an introduction is considered. Your data is never sold.

Retention period

Requests without follow-up: three years from the last contact.

Engaged relationships: for the duration of the relationship, then ten years for legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
